Kim Dalton has 23 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. She became a licensed Realtor in 1989 and received her Brokers license in 1995. She worked for Lavinder Real Estate from 1985 to 2006 and moved to the Chester area in 2006 to become a Loan Officer at National City Mortgage in 2007. She then came to work for C&F Mortgage in 2009 through 2012 as a Senior Loan Officer and is currently with Alcova Mortgage as a Senior Loan Officer. Kim Dalton was born and bred into Real Estate, following the fine example set by her parents. | |

For 21 years Collections has been her background, being a top collector in Corporate companies from minimal small balances to taking Legal Action in local General District Courts in order to gain judgment & legal possession of properties on which defendants owe several of thousands of dollars.
